“Jump in and Swim”

The Aquatic Center was a community wide fund raising effort to provide a facility that will be used to train the young people in the Y-K Delta to swim. A group of concerned citizens championed the building in this amazing place where too many people died on the waters that are vital to their way of life. The design was to be attractive to the young people by making the local wildlife engaging in water activities.
